Eagles View Villa is a stunning waterfront vacation home. We’re located on more than two acres of private forested land overlooking the picturesque Trout River and the hills of trees and farmers’ fields beyond. Three levels of luxury living featuring five bedrooms and four and a half baths, the house is great for large groups. Situated in North Granville, just minutes from Cavendish, the location is perfect for beach goers and golfers alike.

The main level is open concept and features a living area with vaulted ceilings, propane fireplace, TV and a walk out deck overlooking a professionally landscaped backyard facing the water. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, double oven and a large island with 4 stools. Surrounded by windows, the large dining table has seating for ten. This level also features a den with wet bar, wine fridge and a powder room. There is an additional living area with propane stove and a large flat screen TV on the lower level, with a walk out to the backyard.

The main level master bedroom has a king size bed, walk out to a private deck, and an en suite with a large corner soaker tub, double sink and walk-in shower. On the third level loft, the second bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with soaker tub and walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level, and both have king beds. The fifth bedroom has two single over double bunks. There are two more full baths on the lower level.

There is lots of outdoor living and playing to be had at Eagles View Villa. The large upper deck and backyard provide numerous spots to lounge and relax, all with great views. A stairway leads down to the private dock where you can swim or take one of the kayaks to explore the river. There are also bikes, a Ping-Pong table, and an air hockey table in the garage.

Cavendish and Stanley Bridge are just ten minutes away. Cavendish Beach National Park, shopping, attractions, water parks, restaurants and fresh seafood are all available. For the golfers in the group there some of PEI’s premier courses are nearby: Andersons Creek, Glasgow Hills, Eagles Glenn and Green Gables golf courses are all within ten to fifteen minutes away.

  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s).  If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
  • Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds at this point.
  • Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.
