Beautiful inside and out with gorgeous views from all directions, this is the quintessential Island home, offering you a peaceful country retreat away from all of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our location is prime, just a several-minute drive to the Dunes Studio Gallery, Brackley Beach, Stanhope, Dalvay by the Sea, the airport, and Charlottetown. Relax on the front porch with its water view, or enjoy the backyard and deck with scenic vistas of the surrounding countryside. The property is favoured by a relaxing breeze that eases the heat of summer, both indoors and out.

  • $69 Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be added to your final payment.
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s).  If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
  • Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds at this point.
  • Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.
