Nestled between the bay and farmers’ fields, this three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep eight, with a large yard for the kids to run and play. The deck and massive sunroom take full advantage of the picturesque view, and are a great place to relax with friends and family, or spend a quiet afternoon reading.

Come and take advantage of nearby hiking trails and perhaps the most beautiful white sand beach and dune system in all of Prince Edward Island.  Several other beautiful beaches are within short drives of Greenwich Greens, as is the famous Links at Crowbush Cove golf course.

Reservation Policy

  • 50% deposit required to confirm bookings.
  • $69 Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be added to your final payment.
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s).  If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
  • Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds at this point.
  • Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.
