Sea to Skye Beach House – your dream PEI getaway awaits!  This gem of a vacation property can be found in the Island’s hot spot on the north shore – the coveted Hebrides between Stanley Bridge and New London.  The beautiful, sandy beach is just a short walk – and no stairs or cliffs!

The new owners of this beautiful cottage are near completion of some extensive renovations, with seasonal vacationers as their inspiration.  Therefore, the pictures you see do not yet reflect the final finishing touches they have planned.  As more projects are completed, we will post up-to-date photos.

The open-concept main living area is a bright and cheery place to settle in and enjoy time with family and friends – you will love the great views of the nearby water and the stunning sunsets.  You will also appreciate the flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and the air conditioning.  The dining area seats six and the kitchen comes well-equipped for all your cooking needs.

Sea to Skye Beach House has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional sleeping space for 2 in the huge sun room.  The master bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed, and a door to the upper deck which overlooks the water.  Also on the upper level is a second bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the first of 2 full bathrooms.  The third bedroom (with 2 double beds) and second bathroom are located in the very modern basement area.

The beautiful sun room area off the kitchen will be your favourite place in the cottage.  The space is large and bright, with immediate access to the BBQ on the 10′ x 12′  exterior deck area – ideal area for entertaining or just relaxing after a day at the beach.  Need extra sleeping space?  No worries – the couch in this sun room pulls out to a queen size bed, and the room can be closed off from the common areas.

Last, and certainly not least, is the 12′ x 30′ exterior deck at the water-view front of the cottage where breath-taking sunsets can be taken in and memorable times can be enjoyed with with family and friends.  A unique bonfire pit completes the outdoor amenities on this large cottage lot.

Only a short walk down the lane is a community swimming pool and clubhouse with plenty of outdoor and indoor activities for all ages.  Take a 15 minute drive along the Green Gables shore to the popular Stanley Bridge and Cavendish areas – there’s lots of golf, restaurants, shopping, and fun for everyone!

  • $69 Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be added to your final payment.
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s).  If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
  • Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds at this point.
  • Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.
