The Gray Lady is a tastefully decorated chalet in a very desirable Prince Edward Island location. Situated in Prim Point, we are approximately thirty minutes from Charlottetown, our capital city. Enjoy this waterfront property on some of the nicest coastline in PEI. This beautiful chalet has three bedrooms – two with queen beds and one with a double and a single, two full washrooms, laundry facilities, living room with TV, DVD and satellite, full kitchen and much, much more. The Gray Lady also has a full deck on two sides of the chalet that faces the water. After your busy day, come unwind and let the magic of the water relax you for the evening. Reservation Policy

  • 50% deposit required to confirm bookings.
  • $69 Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be added to your final payment.
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
  • Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s).  If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking.  It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
  • Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival.  There are no refunds at this point.
  • Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.

“Great Lady

This cottage was excellent, for my  family and I.

We enjoyed everything it had to offer, especially the beach , just steps away.

The chowder house down the road was a bonus, as well as the lighthouse.
