Bellevue Cottage – Everything you Need in PEI
Everything you Need in PEI We just returned from a fun week in PEI. The house was in a terrific location with a wonderful view. We were happy to be just minutes from the fun in Cavendish but able to come back to the quiet and beautiful views off the deck. Our children loved the pool which is a short walk away and we even played golf one morning. Roasting marshmallows with that view was priceless. The cottage itself was very clean, nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We would recommend this property. Thanks for a great stay!
Bellevue Cottage – Home Away from Home
Home Away from Home The view was amazing . The cottage was lovely & very well equipped. The decor was lovely 😉 .. the owners thought of everything. Clean, quiet & comfortable .. the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable we looked to see what make it was .. lol.. we hated to leave. Thanks for a lovely home away from home . Our family really enjoyed our time on PEI
Bellevue Cottage – Loved It!
Loved It! Our family of four just spent a wonderful week in PEI. This cottage is beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and had everything we needed. The view from the house is stunning and we never tired of it. Dean, the property manager, was very responsive to any inquiries we had. We typically heard back from him within 15 minutes! Having a free access card to Cavendish Beach was a nice bonus - the beach is a few minutes away and is lovely! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much!
Bellevue Cottage – Wonderful Belleview Cottage
Wonderful Belleview Cottage This is the second year we have rented this cottage. It is in a great location. The kitchen is all well outfitted. The views are spectacular. The pictures are a great representation of the property. Everything is in working order, always. The beach is right there with stairway access. We took many great pictures right from the property. The property manager is responsive and lets you know important information. We will be back.
Bellevue Cottage – Wonderful cottage!
The cottage was in excellent shape. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Million dollar view!
Bellevue Cottage – Wonderful view and beautiful cottage and kitchen
Wonderful view and beautiful cottage and kitchen I love to cook so the fact that the cottage has such a well outfitted kitchen was a pleasant surprise. The cottage has beautiful views that I never got tired of. Also very close to the cottage is Carr's seafood store. Great store. This cottage is right on the water. We will be back.
Blooming Point – Great family vacation home
Great family vacation home Recent updates & renovations are amazing & made this house perfect for our group of 7, which included 4 adults & 3 kids aged 7-14. The enclosed sunroom is beautiful & huge & we spent many hours there, it was especially welcome because hordes of mosquitoes do not allow you to be outside in the evenings. The best nearby beach (in our opinion) is Dalvay, about a 20 minute drive. We would have given an excellent rating if not for the landscaping work that was going on during our stay which generated a huge amount of dirt flying both outside & inside the house. Would definitely stay here again.
Blooming Point – Great Vacation
Great Vacation Even though this is not waterfront property, you still experience the distant ocean view and Tracadie Bay with beautiful sunsets and pleasant breezes. We were a large family and no one felt crowded. The great room was a pleasant surprise, very spacious, bright, lots of windows to take in different views. The surrounding property provided lots of privacy and tons of open yard for kids to run around and play. The Tracadie area has plenty of beaches that are close (Dalvay and Brackley) for long walks, perfect for kids and in my opinion, not as crowded as Cavendish Beach. Charlottetown is an easy 20 minute drive with lots to see and great restaurants. Everything you need is there, you won't be disappointed.
Blooming Point – Just like home
Just like home Our 3 generations were comfortably accommodated at this large home away. Games, books, and puzzles kept everyone occupied on the rainy days. The large and fully equipped kitchen was a wonderful bonus for those days when restaurants were not on the menu. The central location made for easy trips to Island destinations, as well as being close to lovely Blooming Point beach. The screened porch was a favourite spot to sit in the evening. Thank you so much!
Blooming Point – Nice and comfortable
Nice and comfortable The home away was fully equipped and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the time spend there, particularly cooking and relaxing. The week happened to be rainy and cloudy, thus lots of mosquitos joined us for a game of Uno and Trivia Pursuit. We enjoyed the quiet and beautiful beach located near the house.
Blooming Point – Wonderful PEI Family Vacation
Wonderful PEI Family Vacation Stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks with 6 people, my husband, parents, aunt and uncle. It was so spacious and had everything we could possibly need from games, beach towels, a piano, basketball and volleyball, a beautiful screened in porch area with an amazing fireplace and a fully equiped kitchen! My dad is a chef and had no problem cooking up a storm in this big kitchen, even had a kitchenaid mixer and a table that could easily seat 8-10 people! The place was spotless, beds very comfortable. It was absolutely perfectly quiet at night and the stars were amazing! Very private. Great location -2 minute drive to beautiful sandy blooming point beach, 10 minute drive to the trailside cafe in Mount Stewart that hosts great musicians and lovely food. 20 minutes to Charlottetown and all its amenities. You can see the beautiful ocean from the bedrooms on the top floor. If you had pets, this would be a wonderful spot with a huge yard and lots of room 🙂 Would highly recommend staying at this property, the photos do not do it justice! There have been many renovations, it is simply beautiful, I felt like I was at home! Thank you Dean!
Carnoustie Cottage – A Beauty!
A Beauty! We had the best week. The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable, even the beds are top.I am very fussy about that. And the view ! You cannot find any better! Thank you.
Carnoustie Cottage – Review 1
This will be the fifth year that we have rented Carnoustie, - each time for a minimum of one month, - just us two & the dog, - although we have had the odd visitors for a few days each. Delightful location with eagles, heron etc. Mostly we rent in June-July, although in 2016 we were there for five weeks in June, and back again in September, - even though we live in Chicago! A very well-equipped house, - the new owner is in the food-service business so there is an abundance of of high quality pots & pans. We cook at home a lot - great Island beef, buy lobsters off the boat at around US$5.00/lb, mussels from the processing plant at just over $1.00/lb and oysters from the oyster farm, - but there are some first class restaurants on the Island. The house now has not only kayaks & bicycles, but also wind-surf boards. The dog loves the easy access to the water. Dean, the property manager is very responsive to any & all requests, service is his motto!! I highly recommend Carnoustie Cottage, - as we are only two people it is relatively expensive for us, - but for a group of eight, - Carnoustie represents great value. A car is absolutely essential. Exercise classes are available at the Lions Club in North Rustico, - about a mile away - an easy bike ride.
Carnoustie Cottage – Review 2
Loved the house and the setting! House was very well equipped. We didn't have the best weather, but the house was so spacious that it was enjoyable to spend time there and everyone could find a quiet place if they wanted to.....porch.......bedrooms.........screened in room........basement with ping pong table was a hit with my teens.
Carnoustie Cottage – Stunning!
Stunning! Carnoustie cottage was one of our best family vacations ever. The cottage was so well appointed it made my 'job' easy with regards to planning and organizing for all of our needs. We just bought food and moved in. I would also like to take a minute to instill confidence in others minds about booking on line with this company....everything went as expected, no surprises, very professional. As a matter of fact we had a little trouble with the fridge freezer door while we were there, I sent an email to Dean, and a repair man was out the next day! Excellent service! We will book through them again, with confidence!
Casa Playa – Review 1
Casa Playa is a cozy little home located off the beaten path on the Northumberland Strait of Prince Edward Island. Four bedrooms, two with bunkbeds (perfect for kids), one double, and one master with attached bath. Beautiful views of the water that's only steps away-- the sunsets are incredible! It's very secluded, which makes for great privacy and a peaceful vacation spot. The only downside is that you're a little farther away from attractions: the closest town is approximately 30 minutes away. We brought our 11-week-old bullmastiff puppy and the owners were great about accommodating us. A national park pass is provided for renter use, as are towels, beach towels, and bed linens (this is rare for a rental, but hugely convenient). We will definitely be returning to this place!
Eagles View Villa – Review 1
My first visit to PEI has been fantastic. My husband Ed spent many years here as a kid growing up.This trip we saw lots of family members who came to visit at Eagles View Villa and had two wonderful friends staying with us here. Lobster suppers in New Glasgow and North Rustico - Deep sea fishing with a wonderful cod dinner.Cavendish and Brackley Beaches, Ceilidhs and great friends and family.
Fox Walk at Graham Head – Review 1
We are regulars to the area. Our family cottage is just up the road. We met here on the beach, got married here and have returned to Graham Head Rd. for the last 12 out of 13 years. WE LOVE THE ISLAND. In the fall of 2010 my husband was diagnosed with ALS and we thought our summers here were over. Until this big house was discovered with an elevator & wheelchair access. It seemed somewhat strange that this perfect house was right here for us to continue enjoying our favourite spot!
Fox Walk at Graham Head – Review 2
We have rented vacation homes in Canada, the US and France since 1996. This one TOPS all the rest. The teenagers loved having their space in the basement and what a kitchen!

Greenwich Greens – Beautiful well appointed home situated in the most peaceful location
Beautiful well appointed home situated in the most peaceful location We loved it here. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and updated to our liking. i was happy with the high quality of the kitchen cabinets. There were a lot of different toys for people who may have younger children. My favorite place to stay was the lovely screened in room overlooking St. Peter's bay. There is so much space inside for everyone to relax. We loved the huge yard and the fact that there were no other homes next to us. There is Greenwich National Park just a few miles down the road and The Basin is worth the 30 minute drive. When we did go to Cavendish to see all of the "Anne" action we were glad we weren't in the tourist area but so enjoyed our drives and then coming home to our peaceful abode. I can't say enough about how happy we were on this vacation, at this charming home.
Greenwich Greens – Location excellence 🙂
Location excellence 🙂 The cottage was fantastic both in terms of location and condition. The cottage is close to Saint Peters Bay and literally around the corner from Greenwich Beach. Also right around the corner from a nice little take-out place called Lin's. The cottage itself is spacious, clean, and has full amenities. The front patio and sun-room were highlights for us, as well as the large yard. Would definitely recommend it.
Harvest Moon – Holiday in Heaven!
Holiday in Heaven! We have just returned from a one week vacation with our family at Harvest Moon. We were thrilled with this property from the minute we drove up the driveway. There is lots of flat space for badminton or washers to pass the time. The gator was so much fun to have and the trails were well marked and we even managed to spot a rabbit or two. There is a large porch and two outside decks, so lots of place to sit outside and catch up. Inside has been thoughtfully finished and beautifully decorated. The integrity of this older farmhouse has been kept with beautiful painted planked floors and woodwork. However, all the modern conveniences are there. From the big laundry room/entry hall, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the 3 complete bathrooms, we could not have asked for more. There were dozens of towels - even beach towels were available. The bedding was of excellent quality and there was extra bedding if needed in every closet. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms had many little touches that made it feel like you were a guest in a friend's home - mirrors, pictures and current reading material in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped - every time I wondered if there was a pair of scissors or steak knives, it was there. The dining area was on the other side of a big open area in the kitchen so the 'cook' never felt left out. Movies, games and more reading material had been thoughtfully supplied in the big living room. We had no problem with Wifi - it was quick and constant. The hot water never ran out, which is wonderful for large groups. Victoria by the Sea was just a short walk away and it is lovely and quaint, complete with interesting little shops and restaurants. Our communication with the property manager was perfect. We always received prompt and courteous responses to any question or concern. This is a great property for families who are looking to spend some time together or friends who want to get together and stay in a beautiful property to visit the Island. And did I mention the lovely, huge master bedroom? Totally want to live in this house forever!! To the owners I say, thanks for sharing your home with us and many thanks for all the special details and thought that have gone into making this truly a 'home' away from home.
Harvest Moon – Perfect location
We spent one week vacationing in PEI and stayed at Harvest Moon. The place was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was large. Lots of room for everyone. We were four ladies so having four bedrooms and three full baths was perfect. The location was ideal as it is central to no matter where you want to visit on the island. Minutes away from Victoria by the Sea. We highly recommend this place.
Quiet View on the Bay – Calming Oasis
Calming Oasis We had a wonderful time in the "Quiet view by the Bay" cottage. Minimal drive to park and beach, easy access to Charlottetown and some great restaurants close by. I have no issues recommending this cottage.
Quiet View on the Bay – Spectacular View
Spectacular View We had such a spectacular 2 weeks stay at your Quiet View. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water. We knew the area well but this house was just perfectly placed to enhance our experience. Well appointed for our group of 5 adults and will definitely BE BACK. Thank you for the loan of your gracious home.
Somerset House – Review 1
We stayed here with 3 other couples and we all really liked this home. The setting is beautiful and soooooo relaxing. The view out the back of the house is great. The beds were quite comfortable and the furnishings were very nice. There were adequate linens, kitchen supplies, etc. All bedrooms are upstairs. The garage was a bonus for us to store our motorcycle trailers in while there. It is an easy drive to Charlottetown and a nice location for going to any area of the island. The only down side for one of the men in our group was that there is not high-speed internet available in this area (which may change) and the dial up was not compatible with the computer that he brought along. If you want action at your fingertips, this may not be the place for you. The nearest grocery store is in Charlottetown, but there are convenience stores that are closer. When we were there, the property was being managed by someone other than the owner. Not sure if that is the norm. We would all recommend this place.
The Gray Lady – Dream Location by the Sea on Point Prim, P.E.I.
Dream Location by the Sea on Point Prim, P.E.I. The Gray Lady is located on the peninsula known as Point Prim and it could not be closer to the Northumberland Strait unless it was in the tidal pool! We just could not get enough of the front and side decks of this magical place. We spent many early mornings having coffee on the deck watching the herons feeding, or the crows cackling - no other sounds except the gentle waves coming in - what a truly relaxing spot. The house itself was well-appointed and crispy clean, with ample room for the four of us. We delighted in separate washrooms (2) and the open kitchen/dining/living areas. Just 20 minutes outside of Charlottetown and easily accessible...and private. We also enjoyed its close proximity to the Point Prim Chowderhouse and spent many a meal time at the bohemian restaurant. Highly recommend to all.
The Gray Lady – Great Lady
Great Lady This cottage was excellent, for my family and I. We enjoyed everything it had to offer, especially the beach , just steps away. The chowder house down the road was a bonus, as well as the lighthouse. The island itself is fantastic, we had beautiful drives, and had some fun experiences.I would definitely recommend the gray lady.
